Bunna Insurance S.C. was established on the 25th of May 2013 under license number 019/13 and started providing General Insurance Service to the Public since August, 2013. September 21, 2021 the company has started providing long-term insurance service. Bunna has accounted ten years operational period. Within this short period, commendable success has been achieved in the capital increase and growth of premium income. The initial paid-up capital of the company was Birr 6,715,000 and to make the Company competent in the sector, to build its reliability among Customers and to comply the capital requirement as per Directive No S/B/34/2014 of the National Bank of Ethiopia, currently, the Paid up Capital of the Company is over Birr 200 million. And branch net work reaches 35 both in Addis Ababa and regional cities. It has more than 50,000 customer base across the country. The Amharic word “Bunna” refers “Coffee” in English. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Coffee. Coffee is the backbone of the economy and has social and cultural significance in Ethiopia. In all directions (East, West, South and North) of the Country, regardless of social status and religion, Coffee is drinking with ritualized ceremony. An invitation to attend a coffee ceremony is considered a mark of friendship or respect and is an excellent example of Ethiopian Hospitality.

Generally, to get an insurance cover policy, you’ll need to complete the prepared application or proposal form (a questionnaire that help to give detailed information about the property /person/ liability/ other to be insured), provide applicable documents, effect the premium payment. For a prompt and immediate service knowing exactly what information you need to provide and what documents you may need to bring paramount above all.

Required documents or information to get prompt insurance service should be presented for each class of businesses. Documents or information needed for different type of insurance services are attached on other information page of the website under Publication and Forms section. Any customer who have insurance coverage from Bunna insurance s.c. will be notified for renewal of its insurance policy from the branch where the insurance policy is subscribed, Customers are highly recommended to contact our branch from which you get the policy before a month of the policy expiry date and renew the policy on or before the expiry date because your cover ends exactly at the end of the period of insurance stated on your policy schedule. After that date you have no cover unless and otherwise the policy is renewed. Renewals after policy expiry date are subject to pre risk inspection and survey, which might be inconvenient to you. Hence, to avoid such on time or in advance renewal is recommended and appreciated. While a customer comes for renewal of insurance policy coverage, he/she will be requested to Fulfill the renewal notice form attached on the Proposal forms page of this website under Publications and Forms section.

የቡና ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ. የባለአክሲዮኖች 11ኛ ዓመታዊ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባዔ የስብሰባ ጥሪ

ለተከበራችሁ የቡና ኢንሹራንስ አ/ማኅበር ባለአክሲዮኖች በሙሉ

በኢፌዲሪ የንግድ ሕግ አንቀጽ 366 (1)፣367 እና 370 እንዲሁም በአክሲዮን ማኅበሩ የመመስረቻ ጽሑፍ አንቀጽ 15 (4) እና 16 መሰረት የቡና ኢንሹራንስ አክሲዮን ማኅበር የባለአክሲዮኖች 11ኛ ዓመታዊ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባዔ እሁድ ታህሳስ 20 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 2፡00 ሠዓት ጀምሮ በአዲስ አበባ ካሳንቺስ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ኢንተር ሌክዠሪ (የቀድሞው ኢንተር ኮንትኔታል) ሆቴል ይካሄዳል፡፡

በመሆኑም የተከበራችሁ የአክሲዮን ማኅበሩ ባለአክሲዮኖች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በዕለቱ እና በሠዓቱ በጉባኤው ላይ እንድትገኙ የማኅበሩ የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ጥሪውን ያስተላልፋል፡፡

5. እ.ኤ.አ በ2023/2024 በጀት ዓመት በማኅበሩ ውስጥ የተደረጉ የአክሲዮን ዝውውሮችን እና የአክሲዮን ሽያጮችን መቀበል፤

6. ከ10ኛው መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባዔ በኋላ የተተኩ የቦርድ አባልን ተቀብሎ ማጽደቅ፣

7. እ.ኤ.አ የ2023/2024 በጀት ዓመት የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት ማዳመጥና የቀረበውን ሪፖርት ተወያይቶ ማጽደቅ፤

8. እ.ኤ.አ በ2023/2024 በጀት ዓመት የውጭ ኦዲተር ሪፖርት ማዳመጥና የቀረበውን ሪፖርት ተወያይቶ ማጽደቅ፣

9. እ.ኤ.አ የ2023/2024 በጀት ዓመት የተጣራ ትርፍ ድርሻ ላይ የቀረበውን የውሳኔ ሃሳብ ተወያይቶ ማጽደቅ፤

10. በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ የተሻሻለ መመሪያ ቁጥር SIB/46/2018 መሰረት እ.ኤ.አ የ2023/2024 በጀት ዓመት የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ዓመታዊ የስራ ዋጋ እና የ2024/2025 በጀት ዓመት የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ወርሃዊ አበል መወሰን፤

11. በ12ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባዔ ለሚደረገው የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ምርጫ የምልመላና አስመራጭ ኮሚቴ አባላትን መርጦ መሰየም እና ወርሃዊ አበላቸውን መወሰን፤

12. የጉባኤውን ቃለ-ጉባዔ ማጽደቅ፤

ማሳሰቢያ፣

1. በጉባዔው ላይ መገኘት የማይችሉ ባለአክሲዮኖች ተወካዮቻቸው ስልጣን ባለው የመንግስት አካል ተረጋግጦ የተሰጠ የውክልና ሰነድ ዋናውን እና ፎቶ ኮፒ በመያዝ ወይም በንግድ ሕጉ አንቀጽ 377 መሰረት ጉባዔው ከመካሄዱ ከሦስት ቀናት በፊት በኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት ፋይናንስ መምሪያ በመቅረብ ለዚሁ ዓላማ የተዘጋጀውን የውክልና ቅጽ ሞልተው በመፈረም ተወካይ መሾምና ተወካዩም የውክልና ማስረጃውን በመያዝ የጉባዔው ተካፋይ ለመሆንና ድምጽ ለመስጠት የሚችሉ መሆኑን በአክብሮት እንገልጻለን፡፡ አንድ ባለአክሲዮን በማኅበሩ ጠቅላላ ጉባዔ በማንኛውም ችሎታ መወከል የሚችለው አንድ ሰው ብቻ ሲሆን፤ በኢ/ብሔራዊ ባንክ ኮርፖሬት ገቨርናንስ መመሪያ መሰረትም በራሱና በወከለው ሰው የሚሰጠው ጠቅላላ ድምጽ ከተፈረመ ጠቅላላ ካፒታል 10% መብለጥ እንደማይችል የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ያስገነዝባል፡፡

2. የማኅበሩ ባለአክሲዮኖች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በጉባኤው ላይ ለመሳተፍ ሲመጡ ዜግነታቸውን የሚያሳይ የታደሰ መታወቂያ፣ፓስፖርት ወይም መንጃ ፈቃድ ዋናውንና ኮፒ በመያዝ በጉባዔው ላይ መሳተፍ ይችላሉ፡፡ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን የሆኑ የውጭ አገር ዜግነት ያላቸው የማኅበሩ ባለአክሲዮኖች ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ቀኑ ያላለፈበት መታወቂያ (ቢጫ ካርድ) ይዘው መቅረብ እንደሚባቸው በአክብሮት እናሳውቃለን፡፡

3. ለባለአክሲዮኖች ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ የተዘጋጁ ሰነዶችን ማንኛውም ባለአክሲዮን ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪል ስብሰባው ከሚካሄድበት ሦስት ቀናት ቀደም ብሎ ከማኅበሩ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ማርኬቲንግ መምሪያ ማግኘት የሚችል መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡
